Heres's the cheesecake recipe I used for my son's birthday http://www.thatsmyhome.com/cheesecake/blueberry-cheesecake.htm

I've used this numerous times, has become a favorite of ours. And if you don't have a springform pan, I'd recommend getting one. I found mine at a yard sale-cheap! It is a good sturdy one, too.
One thing I found when making a cheesecake, have everything at room temp.
The graham crackers-I buy the whole ones and process them in my processor til crumbs, it's cheaper. Just don't get the ones w/cinnamon on them. Cheesecakes really are easy to make.
Hope ya'll enjoy it.
Also check out the other recipes on this website.

Not much has change since my last post. Still cold, still under the weather. We do have some frozen pipe issues-it's the hot water somewhere between the hot waterheater and the faucet on the tub. Dh is going to put a space heater under there and praying it thaws.

~~til later
